"They started out doing a wonderful job but the last 2 times I felt it was more about getting money out of me…and something more is usually wrong with it when I get it back…Ive had the oil changed twice and now I have an oil leak..I feel they should have caught that when they did the oil change and said something…but it seems they put it off til the customer notices so they can charge a diagnosis fee next time you bring it in..same thing with my AC ..they said It would cost over $1,000 to get the thing replaced and I almost had them order the parts..I told them I had everything they said I needed replaced with brand new parts just few months earlier..they said it was probably faulty ..the very next day my Ac started getting cold again and thank god haven’t had any problems since…and thank god I didn’t just purchase everything they said I needed and waited..they seemed very concerned and helpful in the beginning about the customers vehicle and the needs but now I feel it’s about the money"
